The living room features a 32 LCD TV and DVD. UK and English sky satellite TV channels(RTE, BBC, ITV, Channel 4 and BBC radio) are available along with French TV.

Also included is a fast 4mb adsl line and high speed mimo wireless wifi connection available on site.

The fourth bedroom situated in the guest house is fully air-conditioned while the 3 bedrooms in the villa have high powered quality fans. A travel cot and high-chair are also available on request.

It has a fully equipped modern kitchen with an american fridge freezer, dishwasher and ice machine. There is also a separate laundry room with washing machine, dryer and iron.

The mosaic tiled pool is 6M x 12M and is alarmed to conform to safety regulations. Pool side there are numerous loungers, an eating area along with a table tennis table

We also offer a catering service which is provided by a local expert chef. This delicious homemade cuisine can be cooked for you in the villa or supplied as a take away service. Menus are available in our guest manual. We also offer additional cleaning during your stay. Prices are available for both of these services which are subject to availability.

Upon your arrival we supply a well stocked pantry including a selection of local wines.

Fresh bed linen along with bath and pool towels are included in the total rental price as is the exit cleaning. No extra hidden charges!

The villa owners live nearby and are available during your holiday if required.
