The Villa also benefits from a beautiful large mosaic tiled swimming pool (6M x 12M) and is alarmed to conform to safety regulations.

Overlooking the pool is a newly built guest house. This serves as an air conditioned self contained studio containing the fourth bedroom and an ensuite wet room.

The large pool side terrace has teak sun loungers, an eating area and a summer kitchen with barbecue and sink.

The swimming pool and the main grounds of the villa are not overlooked or shared and are for guests exclusive use.

There are also secure electric gates with video/audio intercom and ample parking space for several cars.

The garden contains mature king palm trees and benefits from a fully automatic watering system utilizing the villas well water, so the garden stays fresh and green all year around.
